The trading section of the AXE platform is the main view and indeed the epicenter where all the trading action unfolds. It is the brain of the operation, orchestrating every aspect of the user's trading activities and decisions.
The top accordion panel is a dynamic display of various assets.
Assets are shown with their symbol, name paired with USD (e.g., ONDO/USD), and their 24-hour price change percentage.
Users can search and select from this list to decide on their trade's starting point.
For each of the assets available on AXE, there is a detailed view that includes an advanced real-time graph, and other stats.
After selecting an asset, traders determine the direction of their trade, choosing either 'Up' if they speculate the price will rise or 'Down' if they expect it to fall.
The next step is to enter the trade amount, with a minimum indicated (e.g., $15.00 w/leverage). This is the amount of money they are willing to stake on the selected asset in the direction they have chosen.
A key feature of the AXE platform is the ability to apply leverage to trades, which can be set from 1x up to 1000x. This amplifies the trade's exposure relative to the trader's capital, increasing the potential for profit as well as risk.
To manage risk and lock in profits, traders can set triggers for take profit and stop loss levels. This feature allows users to define exit points for trades to automatically close when specific price levels are reached, either in profit (take profit) or to prevent further losses (stop loss).
Finally, with all parameters set, the trader can execute the trade by clicking the 'PLACE TRADE' button. This action commits the details of the trade into the platform's system.
